Ingredients: For 4 persons
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup finely ground oats
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup olive or corn oil
- 1 cup of ice water
- 2 cups firm tofu, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon of miso
- 1 tablespoon tahini (sesame butter)
- juice of 1 lemon
- some soy milk
For dough
Mix flour, ground oats, baking powder, baking soda.
In another bowl, add oil, lemon juice, water and whisk lightly.
Using a fork, stir in the liquid and quickly form a ball.
Roll the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper to form a pie crust.
Invert into a pie dish.
For the stuffing
Blend the miso, tahini, lemon juice until creamy, add soy milk to the
need.
Pour this mixture over the dough.
