2 shallots, chopped
75 g butter
1 teaspoon of flour
1 sprig of thyme
1 sprig of parsley
1/3 laurel leaf

A recipe for Burgundy sauce
Burgundy sauce is easy to make and ideal with red meat.
In a saucepan, put half of the butter, the shallots and brown gently.
Then add the wine, the herbs and reduce by half.
At the end of this time, mix the rest of the butter and the flour.
Add this mixture to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
